Liquid Glucose (LG) is Transparent liquid with no / light yellow colour. It is highly viscous, has a DE of 38-44 and good sweetness (about half of sucrose / sugar). It is resistant to crystallisation. Its properties make it ideal for use in Confectionary, Bakery and other Food Products as a source of sweetness and energy. It is also used in Pharmaceutical formulations.
